1. Who we are
BizBee provides online document printing, custom stamp requests, and related support in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain personal data and uploaded production files when you use bizbee.ae or place an order with us. This policy is intended to support UAE data protection obligations, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. Information we collect
- customer name, company name where provided, email address, phone number, and account details;
- delivery address, area, building, unit, recipient name, delivery notes, and courier contact details;
- order details, product choices, quantities, uploaded files, print settings, proof approvals, and support messages;
- payment status, payment reference, invoice details, refund status, and chargeback/dispute evidence where applicable;
- device, browser, IP address, page usage, cookies, and analytics events used to operate and improve the website.
Payment card details are processed by the payment provider. BizBee does not store full card numbers.
3. Uploaded print files
Uploaded files may contain personal, business, confidential, or artwork data. BizBee uses uploaded files only as needed to quote, produce, deliver, support, review, reprint, refund, or legally administer the order. Staff and production access should be limited to people who need the file for fulfilment, support, quality review, or recovery work.
4. How we use information
- to create, quote, process, print, finish, pack, dispatch, deliver, and support orders;
- to contact customers about proofs, file issues, payment, delivery, support, refunds, and reprints;
- to process payment, refund, invoice, credit-note, and reconciliation records;
- to detect misuse, prohibited content, fraud, operational issues, and payment disputes;
- to improve website reliability, order flow, analytics, customer support, and service quality;
- to comply with UAE legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and dispute obligations.
5. Sharing and processors
We share data only where needed to operate the service, including with:
- payment providers for checkout, settlement, refund, and dispute handling;
- storage, database, hosting, email, messaging, and recovery providers used to run the order system;
- delivery partners who need recipient name, phone number, address, order reference, and delivery notes;
- analytics and advertising measurement providers, subject to cookie and consent settings where applicable;
- legal, tax, accounting, banking, payment, or government parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights.
We do not sell uploaded files or personal data. Processor list, international transfer safeguards, and production provider terms are reviewed as part of operating the service.
6. Retention and deletion
- Draft uploads: deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Paid-order files: retained only for fulfilment and short support handling. Paid-order files are normally retained for up to 7 days after successful delivery, then scheduled for deletion from active storage unless the file is needed for an active claim, reprint, dispute, recovery, legal, tax, or security reason.
- Order, invoice, payment, refund, and support records: retained as needed for accounting, tax, dispute, and business records.
- Account data: retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to legal and accounting requirements.
- Analytics data: retained according to the analytics provider settings and cookie choices.
Customers may request deletion of uploaded production files earlier where applicable. Early deletion may limit BizBee's ability to reprint, investigate claims, or provide support.
7. Customer rights
Depending on applicable law and the type of data, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
8. Security
BizBee uses reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, provider access controls, limited staff access, payment-provider processing, and operational review. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data and should redact files before upload when possible.
9. International processing
Some providers may process or store data outside the UAE. International transfer safeguards and processor terms are reviewed as part of operating the service.
10. Marketing and cookies
BizBee may use cookies and analytics to operate and improve the website. When enabled, Microsoft Clarity may capture behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay data to help us understand how visitors use bizbee.ae and improve the ordering experience. This may use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, subject to cookie and consent settings where applicable. BizBee defaults Clarity to no-consent mode unless analytics cookie consent has been granted, and masks print/order/admin areas with data-clarity-mask protection where they may contain customer, uploaded-file, payment, delivery, or operational details. Microsoft's handling of data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted or consented to, and customers can unsubscribe from marketing communications.
