Delivery Policy

1. Delivery-service scope

BizBee is a delivery-service-only print and stamp platform. Online document-printing orders are currently delivered only to eligible Dubai addresses. Custom stamp orders can be delivered across the UAE after BizBee confirms the final proof, production timing, and payment route.

BizBee operates from a printing hub in Al Quoz. Orders are placed online, support is handled through tracked enquiries, and delivery is arranged to eligible addresses once the order details, production timing, and payment route are confirmed.

We do not operate a public walk-in counter, offer public phone support right now, or list branch locations for walk-in service. Any location or Business Profile details shown by BizBee will match the real service model.

2. Delivery timings

Delivery timings shown on the website or during checkout are target estimates unless BizBee expressly confirms a guaranteed slot in writing. Production time, file approval, payment confirmation, address eligibility, courier availability, building access, traffic, weather, and operational events can affect delivery timing.

3. Customer address responsibility

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

• recipient name and reachable phone number;
• area, street, building, unit, floor, office, reception, or villa details;
• delivery notes, access instructions, parking/security details, and preferred handover point;
• any deadline, event, office hour, or recipient availability constraint before the order is confirmed.

4. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, phone calls are not answered, access is blocked, or the customer requests a change after dispatch, the customer may need to pay the additional courier or redelivery cost before BizBee can arrange another attempt.

Address, recipient, and timing changes must be requested before dispatch preparation starts. A support message does not pause dispatch or change the courier instruction until BizBee confirms the update.

5. Courier or BizBee-caused delivery issues

If BizBee or its delivery partner causes wrong delivery, delivery damage, or an avoidable failed delivery, BizBee may arrange redelivery, reprint, replacement, or refund review according to the Refund, Reprint and Cancellation Policy. Photos, order number, delivery evidence, and inspection may be required.

6. Delay responsibility

BizBee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect details, unavailable recipients, building access, customer-requested changes, courier disruption, traffic, weather, government action, emergencies, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control. If BizBee causes a meaningful delay before dispatch, we will review reasonable remedies case by case.

7. Print delivery scope

Print delivery is currently Dubai-only. Next-day, same-day, express, and remote-area surcharge options are shown during checkout where available for the order, address, cut-off time, and production capacity.

Next-day delivery is AED 10 and becomes free when the pre-delivery production subtotal is above AED 149. Same-day delivery is AED 29 and becomes free when the pre-delivery production subtotal is above AED 450, express 4-hour delivery is AED 99, and remote Dubai areas add AED 20. Remote Dubai areas currently include Jebel Ali, Emaar South, Dubai South, Al Qudra, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Expo City, Al Maktoum, International City, Warsan, Academic City. Same-day and express require at least AED 50 in pre-delivery production subtotal after discounts, including paper and binding, but excluding the AED 30 minimum top-up, delivery fees, and remote-area surcharges.

8. Stamp delivery scope

Stamp delivery is available across the UAE after proof, artwork, payment, and production timing are confirmed. Dubai and Abu Dhabi stamp delivery can be same-day where production and courier capacity allow. Other emirates are usually shipped in 1 to 2 working days after production is ready.

Stamp delivery timing is confirmed separately from the print checkout. Any quoted stamp timing is still subject to artwork approval, payment confirmation, production readiness, courier availability, and public holidays.
