PDF vs Word vs JPG vs PNG: Which File Type Should You Send for Printing?
Choose the right file type for documents, images, screenshots and final office exports before sending a print order.

Short answer
Send a PDF when you want the layout to stay fixed. BizBee accepts Word and PowerPoint files too, but they may shift when printed, so edit them before ordering and export to PDF where possible. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides should be exported first, ideally to PDF. Use JPG or PNG mainly for images, not multi-page documents or files with small text. If the document has signatures, tables, Arabic/English text, logos or precise page breaks, export and review the PDF version before uploading.
Why is PDF usually safest?
A PDF is designed to preserve page layout, fonts, images and page order better than editable office files.
It is usually the best format when the file is final and should not change.
When should you send Word or PowerPoint?
Upload Word or PowerPoint only when you accept that fonts, spacing and page breaks may shift during conversion.
BizBee's normal print upload flow is for print-ready files, not included editing. Make content changes before ordering, then export and review a PDF when layout accuracy matters.
What about Google Docs, Sheets and Slides?
Do not upload a shared Google editing link. Download or export the file first.
PDF is the safest export for printing. Spreadsheets should be exported to PDF because Excel-style files are not accepted directly in the print builder.
When are JPG or PNG files useful?
Image formats are useful for photos, screenshots and simple graphics.
They are weaker for multi-page documents, tiny text or files that need precise page size control.
What should you avoid?
Avoid sending screenshots of documents when the original PDF or document is available.
Avoid sending several image files without explaining the order.
